Details:
Design 034 is a concept design for Sencora Yachts of Turkey. The vessel is intended for high speed Mediterranean use, featuring original styling and large open, yet protected spaces. The overall concept of the yacht is to offer long sleek lines and have a minimalistic interior. The initial performance study, based on the Savitsky method, confirms the design intent to reach 45 knots.

Lamination is to be E-glass and Kevlar with epoxy resin on foam for the hull. Carbon fibre and E-glass reinforcements will be combined for the deck lamination and in the secondary structures. Two engine options are considered - MTU 8V2000's or MAN V12 1224's, with the MTU offering a significant weight savings. Carbon shafting will also connect the Arneson drives for maximum weight savings.

The interior of the yacht has been evolved from a number of 2 and 3 cabin options, settling on a spacious open salon and owners and guest rooms, in the bow and aft below the cockpit respectively. A day head in the salon ensures the private atmosphere of the cabins. Optionally, a crew cabin with head can be incorporated.

The vessel is being developed in collaboration with Schickler Tagliapietra Yacht Engineering.
